AFSCME Council 31 Staff Representative Jerry Wright has retired. Victor Osuna is the new staff representative. Mr. Osuna comes to the CU office from the Springfield area and has been with AFSCME for 2 1/2 years. Before joining AFSCME, he was associated with the Machinists Union.
